7th/8th Grade Chorus Students: If you are interested in participating in the MMEA-ED Junior Districts Festival, Mr. Riv will be having a practice session from 2:30-3:30 TODAY in the Sanborn Chorus Room. Spirit Week: As part of Spirit Week, Student Leaders are asking every student to bring in a $1 donation for this year’s CMS charitable foundation, Let Girls Learn. If everyone brings in $1, we will have over $700 to add to the donation we will make at the end of the year to Let Girls Learn!  All donations should be put in the donation envelope in your homeBASE.

CMS will be holding our annual National Geography Bee in January. It is a nation-wide contest, organized by National Geographic “to inspire and reward student’s curiosity about the world.” A contest will be held in each social studies class during the month of January and the winner of each class will go on to the school-wide Geography Bee. If you would like to play some games to help prepare for the Geography Bee Ms. Tranghese will be holding a study session in room 203 at Sanborn TODAY from 2:30-3:30.
