Principal’s Update, September 30

Dear CMS Families,

We would like to thank all families who attended our Open Houses these past couple of weeks. It is always fun to share what is happening in classes and connect with you regarding your children.

6th-grade students going to Merrowvista next week should arrive at school at our normal start time. When returning the next day, we will send out an email blast to families when your students are about an hour from school.  For overall planning purposes, you can expect students to arrive back at school around 5:30pm.

Parents can now report absences using an online form available on the CMS Website (Parents > Report Attendance Form).

We will not be assigning homework, tests, or quizzes on Monday and Tuesday in deference to the Rosh Hashanah. Students observing the holiday will have their absences excused. Please enjoy the holiday and the opportunity to connect with family and community.
