Spring Cleaning? Please donate gently used clothing and shoes to Cradles to Crayons! Project 351 is leading a Cradles to Crayons drive right here in Concord MA. We are working alongside with 272 other towns to possibly help over 50,000 children. This is the largest youth drive in the state’s and Project 351’s history! Donate infant sizes to adult small and medium clothes and infant to adult size 10 shoes. Boxes are in the Peabody and Sanborn Lobby.
Pokemon meets today in the Sanborn FACS room until 3:40.
Girls softball intramurals will begin the week of April 11th. We will meet every Wednesday and Friday at Sanborn until 4:30 pm. Make sure you have a ride or take the bus.
Have you seen the new TV monitors in your building? Soon they will be up and running with news, videos of CMS sporting events, choral events, band events and dude perfect episodes!!! We are trying to see if there is interest in forming a club for this. If you are interested, please sign up in the main offices.

Dodgeball meets for the last time this week. TODAY for ⅞ graders and for 6th graders on Wednesday. We will meet in the Sanborn gym until 4:30.
Postural Screening will take place during gym classes in both buildings through April 1.
Wish our math team good luck on their final competition Thursday, March 31 at Lincoln Middle School. Our team has had a great year and hope to end it with a bang! Team- the bus will leave directly after school. BE SURE TO WEAR YOUR SHIRTS.
Intramural tennis will begin on Monday, April 4th (weather permitting). Sessions will be held on Mondays and Thursdays. Advanced players will meet Mondays and intermediate/beginner players will meet Thursdays at Rideout field in West Concord. Students interested in learning how to play tennis or improve your skills should sign up in the main office. There will be a general meeting on Thursday, March31st in the Sanborn cafeteria from 2:40 – 3:30. Please plan to take the late bus home or have a parent pick-up on that day. 7th and 8th graders are invited to sign-up for spring sports outside the office at each building. Students must have a current physical on file with the nurse in order to participate. Softball and baseball will begin tryouts on Monday, April 4 (weather permitting). In addition to a physical, students and parents must complete a try-out expectations form before the first day of try-outs. Track practice will begin also begin on Monday, April 4.
Do you want to be Principal for the Day? Are you an artist or photographer? Enter the CMS Photo and Drawing Contest and help the fisher and migratory birds at Drumlin Farm. Enter photography or artwork on any of these subjects: nature, wildlife or pets. Submit 8×10 photos or artwork in the box in the main office. Include a donation of $1, $3 or $5. For every entry you will get 1, 3 or 5 tickets. Homeroom with the most entries will get 50 points towards the Homeroom cup. Prizes will be drawn at random – first prize is Principal for the Day, 2nd Prize is choose a Spirit Day and 3rd prize gift or gift card from local business. Entry deadline is April 8th!
