Let’s welcome Eliot Chapman who will be a new student in the fall. Today Eliot will shadow with Declan Keefe.

Science Olympiad meets Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in preparation for the state meet.  Please return the permission slip and a check for $11 made payable to CMS to Ms. Moss as soon as possible.

The CMS Engineers Club will be hosting our next Science-on-Saturday trip to MIT on Saturday March 5. The topic will be “Materials with Magical Properties” and we will visit the MIT Museum after the presentation. Pick up an information and permission slip in the office.

Dodge ball will meet every Monday for 7/ 8 graders and Wednesdays for 6th graders. We will meet in the Sanborn gym from 2:30-4:30.

Intramural Volleyball meets in the Sanborn gym, and meet on Thursdays and Fridays from 2:30 – 4:30 until April 1.  Students need to have a ride pick them up at 4:30, not later, or plan to take the bus home.

Art Club starts Monday, March 7 and will meet in Art Room 126 at Sanborn every Monday until 3:40 for six consecutive weeks. Final roster is now posted.

Model UN’S next meeting is Thursday, March 3. This is the final meeting before the Bentley Conference on Saturday, March 5th. Please see or email Mr. Robbins or Mr. Murphy with any questions.

Animals and Planet Club meets again on Wednesday, March 9th (every other Wednesday) from 2:30-3:40 in the Sanborn Main Lab. One of our projects this year will be a photo, artwork contest and silent auction to support Audubon’s Drumlin Farm. Join us and bring your ideas. Plan to take the late bus or have a parent pick you up at 3:40.

It is time to order your 2015-2016 Concord Middle School Yearbook!  This year, once again, the book will be in FULL COLOR and done by Coffee Pond Photography.  The yearbook includes photos from all grades, and events throughout the middle school.  It is a great way to remember your year at Concord Middle School.  The cost of the yearbook will be $23.00 each if ordered before 3/28/16.  The price will increase to $26.00 each if ordered after 3/28/16 and before 4/17/16.   The final deadline to place online orders is Saturday, April 16th.  Any mailed orders must reach CoffeePond by Thursday, April 14th.  There will be NO yearbooks sold after 4/16/16.  Please Take Careful Note:  
We do not order extra yearbooks to be sold at the end of the year.

Go to “Place an Order” and click on “Yearbooks”   Enter School Password:  cmsyearbook. Choose “On-Line Order” or “Mail-In Order”   
Place Order  (Please remember to choose Grade and Homeroom Teacher’s Name from drop-down menus).  Once order is placed online, an e-mail confirmation of your order will be sent.  If you don’t receive an e-mail from CoffeePond, your order was not placed.  Please save this e-mail for future reference.    THERE ARE THREE OPTIONS FOR PLACING AN ORDER:
1.  Order online at Coffee Pond’s secure website using a credit card (preferred method);  2.  Complete and print out the online order form and mail it with a check or money order to:  Coffee Pond Yearbook Orders, 18 Strathmore Road  Natick, MA  01760; or 3.  Pick up a copy of the online order form in the CMS Offices to fill out and send to Coffee Pond with a check or money order.  No order forms will be taken at CMS.  Checks in the correct amount should be made out to:    Coffee Pond Photography.
