May 26, Principal’s Update

Dear CMS Families,

Justin Cameron, our next principal spent Thursday at CMS touring the buildings, meeting students and staff. It was good to have Justin join us for a day before he starts in July.

A big thank you to all of the staff that sang in last night’s chorus concert, David Lawrence, Seeta Durvasula, Carrie Bjerke, Sharon Kabelitz, Cheryl Shea, Linda Penniston, Kevin Shancady, Theresa Scalzi, Jobie Fagans, Sarah Pozmanter, Mary Jenkinson and Maria McDermott! It was a great night filled with wonderful music. Here is the video of the 7th and 8th-grade chorus featuring the staff choir, “A Tribute to Queen.”

On Monday we published preliminary schedules to the Aspen Portal. Please take a look at your student’s schedule and if you notice something is missing, please fill out this Google Form. We will be working on finalizing schedules over the summer. Finalized schedules will be published in mid-August. The email that was sent out Monday provides further information regarding what you should expect to see in the schedules.
