Charlie Brown stage crew and lighting crew will be meeting this Friday from 2:30-4:30 in the Sanborn auditorium. Stage Crew will be having another build day on Saturday from 10-3. Please bring $5 for pizza lunch or bring your own lunch.
Kauai Connection Club meets today in room 206 from 2:30-3:40. Everyone is welcome!!
The Tenacity Challenge teams meet TODAY in mod 2 until 4:30.
RISE will meet again until 4:30 in mod 2 at Sanborn on Wednesday, 3/7. All are welcome.
6th grade movie night: Night at the Museum is this Friday, March 2 from 7:00-9:30 pm in the Sanborn auditorium. Tickets are $5 each. Snacks $1 each. All proceeds will go to the UnConcord 2 LEGO Robotics team, who are trying to build a prototype of a bike that will purify the dirty drinking water in South Sudan.
Intramural volleyball meets today and every Wednesday and Thursday from 2:30 to 4:30 through March 29. You don’t have to have volleyball experience, we’ll learn by playing! You also don’t have to come to every meeting. People are busy, join us when you can. We meet in the cafeteria before going to the gym.You do need to sign up in the office when you plan to attend. Please sign up by 2 o’clock on the day of a volleyball meeting. If you’re not on the list, you won’t be able to stay. Also, by signing up you need to stay for the whole 2:30 – 4:30 meeting. Coming for part of an afternoon is not allowed, unless you’re going to a teacher for extra help. If you’re going for extra help you need to have a pass from that teacher when you sign up in the office.
Starting in March, all 7th Graders will be going through the state mandated SBIRT screening with the School Nurses. A parent email was sent out January 23, 2018, which explained the screening process. The screening will take place in Directed Study classes.
Dodgeball starts next Wednesday, March 7 and will meet every Wednesday and Friday at Peabody from 2:30:4:30. Take bus 30 at dismissal. Everyone is welcome!!!
Animals and Planet Club meets again March 14 and every other Wednesday from 2:30-3:40 in the Sanborn Main Lab. Plan to take the 3:40 late bus or have a parent pick you up at 3:40.
