CMS will be holding our annual National Geography Bee in January. It is a nation-wide contest, organized by National Geographic “to inspire and reward student’s curiosity about the world.” A contest will be held in each social studies class during the month of January and the winner of each class will go on to the school-wide Geography Bee. If you would like to play some games to help prepare for the Geography Bee Ms. Tranghese will be holding a study session in room 203 at Sanborn TODAY from 2:30-3:30. Intramural basketball is open to all 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students and will be held at Peabody on Wednesdays and Fridays from 2:30-4:30.  The schedule is as follows: TODAY 12/20 (none on Friday before break)1/3 & 1/5, 1/10 & 1/12,1/17 & 1/19,1/24 & 1/26,1/31.  Minecraft meets today in room 109 at Sanborn until 3:40. Are you a 7th grade Sanborn student and want to help make the holidays a little more cheery for kids in the hospital?
