Today  Term 2 electives begin.   Please check your schedule.

Model UN meets today in Sanborn 203-204 on Thursday, 11/30 from 2:30-3:40.  We will be continuing our North Korea practice simulation and organizing our selection order for the Bentley Model UN Conference.  We intend to choose countries for the Bentley Model UN Conference on Thursday, 12/14.  Please make sure someone from your group can attend the meeting on 12/14.

Any student-athlete who signed up for Girls Basketball Tryouts MUST check their email for two emails from Mr. Revell.  One is a welcome and contact email.  The second is an email that has our schedule, expectations, and the required forms that must be completed by Monday, December 4 to try out for the team.  See you then.

Fashion Club meets today in the Sanborn FACS room until 4:30.

Attention 7th Graders: Vision and Hearing Screening has begun during Gym classes.  Be sure to bring your glasses to class, for the screening.  The screening will take place in the Nurse’s Office.

Auditions for this year’s musical of You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown will be on Monday- Dec 4th and Wednesday- Dec 6th after school til 4:30pm. You only need to come to 1 of the audition days to audition for the musical. Open to all 6 – 8th graders. Sign up sheets are posted outside the office. Please take an audition sheet when signing up.

Try-outs for 7th and 8th graders interested in interscholastic basketball will be held from 2:30-4:30 beginning on Monday, December 4.  All students who want to try-out must:sign-up on the sheet posted by the office, make sure to have an updated physical on file with the nurse, complete and hand in the try-out expectation form (on the website) attend try-outs and have a ride/take the bus home at 4:30.

Boys and Girls tryouts to be held Mon., Wed., and Friday, Dec 4, 6 and 8th.  No tryouts Tuesday and Thursday, Dec 5 and 7.

Our next Saturday field trip to MIT will be held on Saturday December 2. The topic will be Nuclear Science and Engineering and permission forms are available at the Office.

Intramural floor hockey is open to all 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students and will be held at Peabody on Mondays and Thursdays starting on Thursday, Dec. 14.  Because of all of the Monday’s off, the schedule will look like this: 12/14, 12/18 & 12/21, 1/4, 1/8 1/11 1/18/,1/ 25, 1/29 & 2/1, 2/5 & 2/8

Intramural basketball is open to all 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students and will be held at Peabody on Wednesdays and Fridays starting on Wednesday, Dec. 13.  The schedule is as follows: 12/13 & 12/15,12/20 (none on Friday before break)1/3 & 1/5, 1/10 & 1/12,1/17 & 1/19,1/24 & 1/26.1/31
