Dear 6th and 7th-grade parents,
The time has arrived for you and your child to register for next year’s courses at Concord Middle School!You may register any time during the period between Monday 3/13 and Friday 3/17. The time that you submit your student’s course selections has NO IMPACT on course assignments. All submissions are treated equally, so there is no reason to wake up early on 3/13 to get your submission in. Just submit it any time during the registration period. The deadline is now past due. We will extend the selection window through Friday 4/7. After that date, we will need to begin creating student schedules.
The registration process can be completed in three easy steps:
- View a brief slideshow tutorial: 6th-grade parents; 7th-grade parents.
- On slide 3 of the presentation, there is a link to a PDF document – click on it, print it out, and fill it out with your child so that you can be ready to enter your selections into Aspen.
- Now it’s time to register for courses! Just log into the Aspen Parent Portal using your parent username and password, and then follow the remaining instructions in the slideshow. It will walk you through every step. When you are finished, be sure to click the “post” button.
That’s it! Preliminary student schedules will be sent out to families in mid to late May.
